Terms and conditions
Guests must check in between 16:00 and 23:00 and check out between 6:00 and 10:00.
A deposit equal to the first nights stay is required. This deposit will be refunded if cancelled more than 28 days before arrival. Full booking balance must be paid 56 days before arrival. Payments by cash, cheque, bacs, and the following cards:
Visa Debit / Delta, Maestro / Switch – no charge.
Visa Credit, Mastercard – a charge of 2.5%
If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to 75% of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

Normal nightly occupancy is between 16:00 and 10:00 next. Early arrival and/or extended departures at extra cost by arrangement at phone above.
Activities delivered by external organisations
Please note that all of the activities that are delivered at our Barn (or within the nearby area) are with external providers and the guest must make a booking directly with the provider. Howgills Accommodation can take no responsibility for the organisation or delivery of these events or any accident/injury which may occur through the delivery of the activity on our property.
